A 2 hour in-depth consultation that includes background information, lifestyle, stress level, food diary, medical history and symptoms experiencing. After assessment, a written report will be provided with recommendations and steps to follow.
Follow Up Sessions (45 minutes)
Do you want more support while you are making the changes or looking for accountability? These follow up sessions provide you with the support and recommendations or alternatives as well as helping to make adjustments to get you to your goals.
Let’s Get You To Sleep Program
This is a 12 week online program with weekly group coaching calls. It takes you through 12 modules that will teach how to bring your body back into balance so you can start sleeping.
